When we started Paddie, we made a promise: no “pink tax.”

We don’t believe in charging more just because something looks cute, stylish, or feminine.

We’re a small brand with a big heart—and small overheads. That means we don’t have layers of middlemen or flashy markups to cover. Our goal isn’t to squeeze out maximum profit—it’s to create gear we love, build a community we’re proud of, and maybe cover our costs while we’re at it.

We’re in this because we love the game. And we believe looking good and playing well shouldn’t come with a premium.

Whether you’re picking up a paddle for the first time or levelling up your game, Paddie is made to meet you where you are. Our paddles combine quality materials with an intuitive feel, so you can grow your game in style — no matter your level.

A little wear and tear is a badge of honour — like scuffed sneakers or a dirt-streaked tennis skirt.

Still, if you want to keep your paddle looking its best, wipe it down with a soft cloth after play and avoid storing it somewhere too hot (like your car). She’s durable, but she deserves a little love.

All orders are shipped using Australia Post services. Orders are dispatched from our Victorian distribution centre every Monday and Thursday.

Absolutely. As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can stalk your Paddie delivery every step of the way.

We get it — plans change. If you need to update or cancel your order, just email us as soon as you can. If your items haven’t left the studio yet, we’ll do our best to make it happen.

We offer a no-questions-asked return policy for any unused item. Just send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email us at hello@paddie.com.au with your name and order number, and we’ll take care of the rest.

We don’t cover return shipping at this time — we’re still a small business and doing our best to stay afloat while being thoughtful about how we operate. We hope you understand, and we’re always here to help you choose the right product before you buy.
